I’m not superstitious... but I have to resubmit anyways, I messed up one thing. Try again tomorrow.

I’ve been pretty fortunate to get one of my top 3 picks.

I put 11 down this time and I’d be happy with any.

Have 200 total places to pick from, but only around 40 are the type of job I’d like to continue my career with. If I don’t get one of my 11, I will pick from ships next, if I don’t get one of those, most likely an instructor job.

The problem I always had was for the work that I did, there were very few locations in the states, Maryland, Hawaii, Texas, and Alaska were about the only places available. You can guess that everyone in my field wanted Hawaii, so there wasnt any chance there, I did t want Alaska at that time. I really wanted Maryland, but ended up in Texas. I could have gone about anywhere overseas I wanted, but 2 years in England I was ready to come to the states. Hindsight though, I should have gone to Italy

Played 9. Terrible. Long irons were sharks with laser beams. But I have developed a push with mid and short irons.

Also lots of ballooning. Got a new wedge trick in the bag though.

Time to get fit and take some lessons. Ever since my shoulder surgery I’ve had a heck of a time getting my lower body clear. Not sure how that correlates...

Seemed to have fixed my swing issues just in time for Pine Valley on Thursday.

I just can't wait to experience the course. I hope I play okay, but score will be secondary. I will not let an ounce of frustration enter my body and take away from this experience.

Make sure you give the Turtle Soup a try if you get to eat in the grill room. Also, listen to your caddy as they know the course well and can give a lot of great advice.

At the tail end of a 16 hour day today I got an email for a golf invite to Trump Westchester on Friday. My first thought was to say no due to work commitments and then well I sent my admin an email and let her know I was taking Friday off. Haven’t hit a ball in over two weeks but it is one of my favorite tracks so why not?
