Two great weeks coming up.

Next week is my annual volunteer week at LPGA stop formerly known as the Kingsmill Championship now known as the Pure Silk Championship. Will once again be a walking scorer. Always enjoy scoring the pro-am; some good conversation with a couple of LPGA players and some great amateurs. Last year I scored with a group of Cameron fanatics who had all kinds of Circle T and limited edition stuff. As a putter junkie it was fun looking at all their stuff.

The following week I will attend my daughters high school graduation. Excited for her and everything she has accomplished.

This one may kill me. She is the female version of me and that is not good. Very smart and very stubborn. At the communion party today I asked her if I could put the golf tournament on TV. She said yes and then said at least you didn’t play golf today.

My niece was married this weekend in PA, and my 2 daughters were in the wedding. We had a great weekend!!!!

Oh boy, good luck. One of our twin daughters was just like me growing up and it was hell on wheels from 14 - 19 years old. All is good last 25 years.
Good luck, hang in there, things have a way of working out.
BTW, she’s 45 years old, college grad & masters, married almost 20 years, school computer teacher and fantastic mother of 2 girls both are honor role and top in their class.

Good company’s have great Customer Service, obviously TMAG does.
I had similar experience with Odyssey. Feels good!

Happy #1: My baby is done with high school - last day of classes for Seniors was Friday. Saturday was prom. My wife and I worked the after prom party so we got to bed at 5 AM Sunday morning. I woke up, did a little bit of yard work, then camped in front of the PGA for the rest of the day. I was really kind of hoping DJ would have been able to finish stronger and post a number, but not at all upset about BK winning.

Happy #2: Oldest daughter took off Saturday to study in Paris for 6 weeks. She loves her host family so far.

Last night my son was inducted into National Junior Honor Society. He worked hard this year for this and very proud of him for this accomplishment.

Great thread!

 

I'm happy because school gets out this week. As an administrator, I work all summer, but the pace is slower, and I can come in a little early so I can leave early enough to get in nine holes every day. I have a new house on the 12th hole of my home course, and my first grader is starting to love the game. Life is good!

I hit some putts on the practice green today, first time hitting balls since my shoulder surgery. Rolled them ok, struggled a bit with distance control on long putts.

Perfect weather and it felt good to at least pretend that I'm back

Smooth so far. Enjoying my seat at the USO in Chi-Town right now. 4 hour lay over.
