The owner of the male is getting pick of the litter and I'm keeping one the rest are to be sold.

That about standard back in my day.
When I didn’t need another pup I received cash for what the 1st pup sold for.

20 years ago Today I asked this young lady to be my wife and somehow she said yes. Got away from the kids today for a quick lunch and a few beers while actually sitting at a bar.

And of course watching golf.

Had a fun 3 day weekend up at lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Had only 1 nice day but my daughter enjoyed puddle jumping downtown in the rain. Nice to get away and just unplug with family on the boat, playing cards and crushing some margaritas even though it wasn’t the warmest weekend.

my son on the way back still insists he wasn’t sleeping.....needless to say all the kiddos are wiped

It had me thinking "you were in my area and didn't hit me up for a round?" Then I realized you were at an actual lake. I'm glad you and your family had a great time, that looks like a phenomenal way to rest, relax, and enjoy the family time.

The end of summer is coming near (50 tonight outside). Have a large fire pit (easily fits 4’x2’ pallets) last burn before I move it to a smaller spot (middle of the yard right now) still surprised the FD has never been called

many beers have been drank and tossed into this bad boy.

....she’s a big one tonight (my brother is 6’2” btw)

Just felt some areas on my dog that should signify that her breeding took. This makes me very happy because I'm getting phone calls from states as far away at Wisconsin and from Maine also. I'm excited because this should be one of the best breedings of the year for people that want hunting dogs, myself included.

For anything you want added to the home or repaired (like a fence, patio, new appliance, extra attic insulation, etc) - it's better to include it all in the loan now. The little extra it adds to your regular payments is minor compared to the enjoyment you'll receive from having that improvement in place.

Very fitting title for couples golf. I'm happy that my wife took up the game when I did since channeling time and $$ into golf stuff has never been a problem and even better we help each other out with the game. Of course like many of us there are days that she hates it but always wants to go out the next day.

Having a rough week so far. Hurt my back a few days ago, air quality is bad, no golf for me last week and this week. On the bright side, my club is selling to go food boxes for the US Open. For $125, I got 4 pieces of wild salmon, 4 18oz prime ny steaks, 4 burger patties, 4 chicken breasts, and 2 pounds of wings. That makes me happy.

I hope your back gets to feeling better soon and it won't be long before you can get back it on the course. In the meantime, it looks like you've got some pretty nice food to cook and enjoy.

Got my stitches out and everything is good. Next step is I’ve been referred to the statewide clinic that does nothing but look at people with skin issues like mine

Lastly, my wife and I got away for a couple of nights for the first time in about 6 months. Went down to Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, a couple of hours drive from home. For any of you thinking of having a trip to Australia it’s a must do. It was almost surreal how quiet it was, with Melbourne still locked down and no interstate or international visitors.
The views from our accommodation was stunning.

First time was March, opened briefly then a big spike (relatively) and locked down again. Regional areas (where I am) have had less stringent rules as case numbers were much lower. Hopefully Melbourne (5.5M) continues to drop numbers and restrictions start easing, looking like first step will happen this week. Melbourne has gone from 700+ cases a day to <20 in 5 weeks, really tough on everyone, but it’s working. A tribute to people doing the right thing, even though it’s frustrating for them.
