Shankster
Played 1-4 wonderfully. Even par. 5-9… not so much, got stuck behind the slowest golfers in the world. I’d been getting skunked on the trout front. So I swung by the local outfitter and asked the guy what to use. He said try these. Got a couple of purple, and a couple orange ants. I’ll keep those in mind though, I plan on getting up to PA and WV for a few fall weekends. I’m “hooked” as they say. Popular Post fixyurdivot
What began on 12/18/20 finally came to completion 7/16/21. My full bag fitting at TrueSpec (which was repeated in January) and delivery of the Srixon ZX5's with MMT shafts. With and without the "hoodies" . So I headed to Dillon, MT this morning with the grand plan to dial in yardages on the range and also spend some time with the new Evnroll ER5v putter in preparation for the official review/testing. Much to my amazement, the range has a new feature... a party tent. Ummm, what the heck? Turns out a local family rented out the course for a wedding - with attendance at 350! Fortunately the putting green was open and I had lots of time to test the putter. I did use the AW for some chips and it felt so good.... leaving me so wanting to hit these irons. It took all the willpower I could muster to keep myself from sneaking down range a wee bit and letting some rip . I plan to do an "unofficial review" on the ZX5's in the Shiny Metal forum... for those who might be interested in how this rather long journey turns out performance wise. sirchunksalot, ejgaudette, tony@CIC and 9 others 12 Quote G410 Plus, 9 Degree Driver G400 SFT, 16 Degree 3w G400 SFT, 19 Degree 5w ZX5 Irons 4-AW Glide 2.0 56 Degree SW (removed from double secret probation ) ER5v Putter (Evnroll ER5v Official Review) AI-One Milled Seven T CH (Currently Under Product Test)
