I spent 7 years traveling to South Florida for a company I had in Miami. I toured all of them down there multiple times. I preferred the Seminole property in Hollywood but would head over to Tampa on occasion mostly because it meant a trip to Cigar City for some beers.

Just got back from a fun little mini-cation with my fiance in Buffalo where we went to see Orville Peck, lucha fringed masked gay Canadian country star, and he was awesome. Saw a local theater production about women in country music, a passion subject for my fiance and it was... ok. Ate wings at Duff's, the only true wing place in Buffalo (take that Anchor Bar) and some Polish faire as well. On Saturday went to food truck rally, did what was an iron test/fitting for a potential purchase in a few weeks, oh and checked my golf site to learn I'm back to a single digit player again baby, 9.7 after starting the year in the high 11, low 12... thank you SIK Flo

My son (The Marine) had their Wedding Celebration this week in Capon Springs WV.  Turned out to be a sunny and beautiful day.  That is the first Fairway behind them.  They have a really nice 9 hole course.  I even attempted to play.

Scratch that.  This place has gone downhill big time.  There is no one around, but I can’t get out till 9:10.  Like no one standing in the pro shop, no one on the tee.  But since I don’t have a tee time I can’t go.

This is the biggest mess I’ve ever seen.  Wanted me to go off with 3 other guys at 9:45 instead of my 9:10 tee time that I Made.  F this.  Maybe it’s a sign.  Weekend ruined.

Ahh all is good now! I've been away for several days - a couple of days driving down to Florida and then finding out that we didn't have internet (problem at the Spectrum box down the street). A couple of days to get them out to fix it and we're back on line. I did try to keep up with @Yellow Ball's escapades via my phone and based on a few pic's looks like he's helping out with the golfball shortage.
