Two Drivers?

My current drivers are:

 

Wilson Staff Triton with Aldila Rogue & Paderson Kinetix IMRT

 

Cobra King LTD with Aldila Rogue

 

Powerbilt AFO DFX with Aldila RIP beta

 

All three are terrific drivers.

Last Summer I occasionally pulled my 3 iron out of the bag to game 2 drivers. My old Callaway FT Tour on an Aldila Voodoo SVS6 produced an automatic high draw and my M1 430 on an X-stiff Diamana S+70 allowed me to reliably hit a low hot fade off the tee.

 

Trying to work either of those big dogs both directions was a fight. But with both in the bag, I felt like it was easier to stay aggressive off the tee and still play the high percentage shot shapes that keep me out of hazards and fairway bunker complexes.

Interesting. I use my 3 iron (Ping crossover) as my 2nd driver. It's become my go to club on the tee in strong headwinds.
