Cleaned out the front and side lower gutters that were filled with flint aggregate from the shingles. Then came the toilet reseal: the toilet in our master bath was wobbly and one of the bolts had completely deteriorated so took it apart and put in a new non-wax seal and new bolts. The end result was a 'thumbs up' from my wife. A nasty job but it had to get done. The afternoon was dedicated to visiting different courses we wanted to play. We've got a tee time at Cypress Creek tomorrow (a recommendation from @GregB135) and playing with friends at Esplanade - Lakewood Ranch on Thursday. Next on the list; buying and installing a new water softener and finishing the gutters. Played Cypress Creek this past Saturday. 14th hole was still closed after flooding from TS Eta. Other than that the course is in good shape. tommc23
Noticed some water stains on the new subflooring I put in one of the rooms I'm renovating. So I go outside to re-caulk the windows and while I'm doing this I noticed the flashing moving a lot and a half inch gap between the flashing and the window. My dad was at my house so I had him come look at it and we ended up building a new window sill and I redid the flashing outside. Didn't get plumbing done like we wanted but fixing this was probably more important. bens197, MattF, Rickp and 4 others

It's a flat roof directly above that insulation. Typically you put the vapor barrier to keep the warm zone and cold zone separate.
