MDGolfHacker
Just paid a company to power wash the whole house. My wife hired them. They show up and won't power wash this and won't power wash that - some because it would get chemicals on our outside furniture and TV and others because of hard water stains on our gutters, but they got to some spots that are just way to high for me to do even on a ladder. What I'm not happy about is that whatever they used to clean the windows didn't really clean the windows but added a film to it so I still have to power wash parts of the house myself. I also just aerated andf seeded my lawn a few weeks ago but trying to keep all the young neighborhood kids off the lawn so the new seeds aren't getting killed by being trampled on has been an ongoing battle, LOL. We went out of town for ten days and managed to have our contractor demo the master bath and bedroom wall while we were gone. So we missed that. Very thankful there. Phase one for us was dry wall, rewire, repaint and move in to spare bedroom to get ready for this phase. We have and will save some money because my son is an electrician - thank you US Navy. He’s also required the master bath - waiting now for fixtures come in. After this is done they will be enlarging the entry to Penny’s room. Shapotomous
Just a public service announcement if you are thinking about installing a wood fence. Use stain and not paint. A few years from now when you want to refresh the color on the fence, if you painted than you will need to scrape the loose flakes off. It can take a loooooong time to get it prepped for re-painting, especially if you have over 900' of fence! I'll be working for these nice folks for a few more weeks. And they want caps on the over 100 posts too. Looking west toward the road... Amazing the projects. Looks awsome. How did all the rest of the clearing go in the back and how much loom did you need to bring in? Looks like some good trees there, pear? tony@CIC and Rickp 2 Quote Check out my reviews: G710 Irons Official Review I MC Shaft & V Series Putter Official Review 2022 Forged Tec's Official Review I Nitron Push Cart Official Review WITB: Weapons of grass destruction (link to WITB) Traverse is filled with all this shiny metal and tracked by RadSpeed 8* - MotoreX F1 6X SIM 3W - Project X HZRDUS Green U505 Driving Iron 17* - Project X HZRDUS Black SpeedZone 4H - Project X HZRDUS Black 2022 King Forged Tec's 4-PW - KBS $ Tape 130 48 (SM8), 52 & 60 (SM7) - Nippon Modus 125 S ER2VI PROV1X #19 Are you a veteran?
