Spokehand... Talking while using your hands to also relay the same information visually that is spoken.. Some people are more fluent in this then others..

A guy I work with starts his statements with words and usually finishes the last half with only hand motions (no the point doesn't get across) leaving us to guess what the rest of the statement was gonna be.

 

It's like a hybrid of spokehand. Or spokehand is a hybrid of this.

No such word as “WELP”... It was actually created as part of a line in a TV show, character not saying “WELL” correctly, and now people actually say it.
