I was thinking the same thing.

 

 

Many years ago I worked at The Ice Palace,home of the Tampa Bay Lightning. They issued a cease and desist order to a small ice rink in Winter Haven FL also called The Ice Palace and won even though we were newer. Seems that they had never protected their name.

I clicked on some of  the equipment links and the stuff offered up is  several years old.  Obvious rip-off tactic for traffic by simply using a known name.
