Cookie Two Step is awesome: Cookie Dough, and Cookies and Cream combined.

 

Then they had a kind that was basically a “drumstick” ice cream cone that was incredible: vanilla ice cream, fudge swirl, chocolate covered peanut pieces, and chocolate covered sugar cone pieces. AWESOME!!!

Unfortunately, I can't eat ice cream. Lactose intolerance is a major pain in the a$$ to the point where I have actively thought about taking two days off of work so I could drink a nice glass of milk. That being said- if I did do this, vanilla with dark chocolate chunks and black cherry would be high on the list, as would chocolate with chocolate chunks, and my old school favorite- mint chip.

I think I'm heading there myself... It hasn't stopped me yet though ;)

Had some salted caramel when we were at Oceal Isle beach a while ago, it is really really good as well. Love some Klondike bars too, crunch is my fave, I also like the Chocolate, chocolate brownie one as well.

Never had salted Carmel but it sounds realllly good.

Try this, take hot fudge (or chocolate syrup), peanut butter, and some fresh coffee, and microwave it to mix it all together and melt the peanut butter, then pour it on your ice cream, I use vanilla, but coffee or chocolate would work too.

Blue bell is king in Texas and strawberry is my preference but I have on occasion tried a pretty good Reese's ice cream by golden brook I think was the name.

Breyers Vanilla Bean - especially good with a salty pretzel.  Also like Dulce de Leche (caramel in vanilla), or mint choc -chip.  For those of you in the SF Bay area, pick up an "It's It" - it is a bay area favorite- vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies, then dipped in chocolate- AWESOME, but accounts for about half my recommended daily caloric intake...

Not to be a killjoy, but please be careful- commercially produced cookie dough is fine, but if you are making holiday cookies, don't lick the spoon- see attached Food and Drug Administration warning on cookie dough...
