Broby
I've been playing golf for about 5 years now. Most of, if not all my free time is spent golfing or practicing in some way. My game has gotten to the point where I'm looking into new irons specially blades. I just wanted to hear some opinions on the blades out right now. GolfSpy Barbajo
My game is nowhere near the blade stage - but I have tried the Srixon 965's and the Wilson FG Tour 100's - both are pretty awesome, with a slight edge to the Wilson's. revkev
Best is a difficult proposition given that one size does not fit all in golf. Blades as a general category fit very few. Shankster
Cobra King MB's. Can't wait for the new version to come out. Hopefully in that PÅ«r look. Second would be Wilson. Third would be the Callaway's: On looks. I've hit the cobras, 716mb, 965's, iblade, the 750's, and the feel of the cobras are hands down the best out of those for me. Shankster
Hit the Mizuno MP18, and MP18SC, Mp18Mmc, and Mp18 Flihi, TM 730, Callaway Apex Mb and CB, Cobra MB/Cb, Wilson V6, 965, 745s today side by side all with the same shaft. In order of feel. 1. Wilson V6 (oh my, I see why these won) 2. MP-18 SC 3. Apex Mb / Tie with the 730's 4. Mp-18MB 5. Cobra MB/cB 6. MP-18 MmC 7. 965/745 Callaway's were #1 for a bit. Still the easiest MB's out of the bunch to hit the center. And Buttery soft. The 730's were easier for me than the 750's. Popeye64
Since you are still fairly new and more than likely need some form of forgiveness I don't think you can beat the Maltby MMB-17. It's like a GI blade. Has a slight progressive offset, fairly long C dimension, and upon close up look are built almost like a cavity back. It gives you that sleek look that everybody loves but few can play. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
