tony@CIC
Weighed in at 219, with a goal of 200 by April 5th. Wife and I joined the Y when we moved to Exeter and I've taken some classes with her. Along with often being the only guy in the room, I'm learning that there are different kinds of "in-shape." We do something called a Pound Class that uses drum sticks - it's a combination of aerobics, yoga and sadism that's core and leg focused. Also took a class called Body and Movement - also crazy tough - and we started a Yoga class yesterday that was awesome - usually play my best golf while in Yoga classes. Flexibility and core/leg/back/upper body strength are key areas for me...along with cardio. This is gonna be fun! We may need to find a sponsor for this endeavor! All exercise classes have sadism as a primary ingredient! Kor.A.Door
I would say don't watch the scale too closely, it can mess with your head if you weigh yourself often. Once a week or once every other week. As was mentioned earlier pay attention to how you feel, also how your clothing feels. tony@CIC, josmi15, MattF and 3 others 6 Quote Lefties are always in their Right Mind

It's a life style change, not a diet! I hated running my whole life, started off jogging a mile a day back in August 2015. I do 4 a day minimum now.
