Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy My suggestion would be to fall in love with the Elliptical machine. I've had multiple knee surgeries and a broken hip so I had to look at low impact cardio. I rarely use the treadmill as there is still some pounding on the old joints and especially the knees. Minor use should be ok however listen to those old joints. Severtheties
Totally late to this party. My wife and I are starting this journey on the 8th officially but I'm going to start now. April works great as I have a beach wedding for my brother in May. I'm ~308lbs now (I'll weight in later) and I'd like to get to 275lbs by then. Big goal but attainable as a lot of my weight is from drinking entirely too much soda.
