ole gray
Weighed in a 217 this morning after Pound Class - Amy once again kicked my ass. It's interesting being the only guy in the class with anywhere from 20-30 women, one of which, of course, is my wife. One woman said her husband was to embarrassed to come to the class - for me the embarrassment horse left the barn years ago! It's one intense workout, but it does wonders for legs, thighs and core. Also had a prelim meeting with a personal trainer - we talked goals, etc. First session is next Saturday afternoon - can't wait to see what she comes up with. Yoga tomorrow - then two days of business travel. Will have to make sure to bring workout clothes. Let's keep it going gang!!! It's on like donkey kong now! Glad to see ya hitch up to the old wagon and begin this journey. Every single one of us that finish our goals will be in better shape, slimmer, and healthier for 2018. Let's do this with passion! You mentioned your wife hopping on board and my wife is also interested with what's going on with me. She's now motivated with healthier choices for this year and beyond. You never know what kind of positive influence your actions will have on others. Rowing machine for 15 minutes then weight machines except the ones that are weight bearing on knees & hips. Gonna work just fine. Did an hour and flew by. Going for 2nd time later today. Golfspy_CG2
Well got off to an awful start weighed in at 282 on Friday, that was after the boss buying lunch all week, that included Meat Lovers Pizza, Five Guys and then Ribs on Friday. Kill that noise, next week it's back to my salads or turkey sandwiches. Although this Romaine lettuce scare is putting a cramp into those plans, just about every pre packaged salad I have been buying has some romaine in it. Guess I' can get it off the salad bar and just pack it for myself for the week. Although a good weekend and working out three days in a row has me down to 280 as of this morning. So gotta keep it headed back down. tommc23, JAGolfore, josmi15 and 4 others 7 Quote G430 Max 10K TSiR1 15.0 Aldlia Ascent 60g TSR2 18.0 PX Aldila Ascent 6og TSi1 20 Aldila Ascent Shafts R T350 5-GW SteelFiber I80 SM10 48F/54M and58K S159 48S/52S/56W/60B Select 5.5 Flowback 35" ProV1 Play number
