MaxEntropy
I didn't weigh in today, I was sick as a dog last week and spent the weekend in bed. Zicam nasal swabs seemed to do the trick to get me moving. I'll step on the scale tomorrow and see what happened. josmi15
If I may offer up some food advice. A hard boiled egg is only 70 calories, 2 of them suckers fill me up until my lunch at noon. Can of Progresso Soup. Normally around 200 calories per can. So if you can get used to it you're looking at 340 calories until dinner. I actually run 5 miles after that before I get home and eat dinner. A buddy of mine got me used to tracking my foods everyday with an app. This way I know roughly what I'm at by dinner. TWar
I drink a small glass of apple cider vinegar every morning. I mixed mine with honey and water. It gives me a good shot of energy and has really helped my digestive system. I just started this. been going for 5 days. I would say that it def helps with some energy. Digestion maybe takes a little longer? My wife and I are doing Whole30 during the week and trying to keep the weekends to the same but cheats here and there. Basically No carbs, sugars, processed food, etc. I guess almost identical to Paleo but small differences. Anyway we are on Day 2 and the food has been solid for the most part.
