I can relate! Kids took us out to lunch yesterday - the only thing that looked interesting on the menu was a personal sized pizza - couldn't resist. Then our friends called for a quick 9 and dinner at their house. Lasagna and red wine. We couldn't say no - that would be rude. The scale wasn't good to me this morning :( . .

Whilst at work my company rents units on a local resort / hotel property. The hotel have just announced that gym membership will be 249 RM or 62 USD a month BUT that is now including free golf on the 18 hole course they own.

 

I've four weeks left of this tour to abuse the gym and free golf as much as possible and hopefully drop a few pounds in the process.

Since I got my scale in mid January it says I'm down 20 which means i hit the 25 lbs mark. Weighed in at 287 last. Ight only 12 more pounds to get to the weight I wanted to be at in April.

Weighed in at 176.1 this morning. That's 33lbs dropped for me since February. I did a hospital visit yesterday where I had to climb 12 flights of stairs to the patient. Made it fairly easily. It's the same hospital/floor that Penny was on last summer. Couldn't make it half way up then.

 

My organist is also doing this - he's lost 27 lbs. during the same time. His diet is more radical then mine though and I'm doing much more exercise.

Thanks I plan to make it under in the next couple weeks. It is a goal I set for myself this time last year but the goal was to make it under by 30 which I didn't do but I'm glad I've stuck with it

My goal is to see about getting to 280 by 30 so I have 8 to 10 lbs in two months

In January i weighed in at 215. Today 185. My wife has also lost 25#! We both feel great. One thing i learned, always ask your wife first how many pounds SHE lost, then subtract a pound to calculate your loss! Keep up the great work everyone, you are all a great inspiration!

That's awesome!  I'm hovering around the 205 mark and my goal is 195. I'm 6'2" so my wife said I need to level off at 195 because I'm looking pretty hawt right now.   :wub: lol
