Big money
Everything is in ounces . And started with first meal of 2 scoops of whey protein and than 1.5 ounces of unsalted peanuts. Than next meal 2 hours later was 4.25 ounces of chicken and cooked in 1 ounce of olive oil. Broken down in 6 tiny meals every 2 hours I felt dizzy and extremely fatigued and rested for a few hours mid day. I'm thinking maybe cut out carbonated beverages and salted chips for a while. And cut back on large portion dinners and lunches. Adding more Fruit and less fried foods. Maybe this would be easier for me. I gave it an shot , but I kinda just collapsed Thank you for the great replies. Maybe this diet I was given is for the younger crowd who competes in body building shows Rickp and MattF 2 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

bardle
Had a rough weekend this past weekend, we had to travel for a family event. Got back and weighed in on Monday to see a record shattering 230. The highest number I've ever seen on a scale for myself. So I got pretty serious this week and weighed in today at 225. Hoping to keep that momentum going. I just need to learn to behave on the weekends. revkev
I had a significant “cheat†day yesterday. The beauty of weighing yourself every day is that you can see what a day like that causes. A weight gain of about .2 of a pound. I recently had a day where I was 2.5 lbs more than the day before. I always know that it's retained water from eating dinner too late or too much salt intake the day before when that happens. That “weight†is gone by the end of the day.
