Up and down the past few weeks, which is discouraging, but I just weighed in at 202.8. So at least I'm heading in the right direction again.

Hah not today! The humidity was 83% at the western end of the state. Good day to stay in A/C and watch the not very exciting Sunday golf.

Good stuff.Im falling farther and farther away from golf.And it doesn't even bother me one bit.Right now, I'm extremely relieved being completely away from it for a long time to come

I applaud the effort every one is making to bring healthier life styles.   I can only add what my grandfather lived by.  Everything in moderation.  He lived to 85, and was on a ladder pruning a tree when his time came.

that happens, sometimes you need to get away from hobbies, work, almost anything.

That's like Midwesterners. We get away from golf (unintentionally) for about 4 months. It's actually a good break because we can reflect on the things we did well and stuff not so well.

Not doing the best job of healthy eating on this vacation.

It's a real thing too bad I felt like crap so had to eat junk so I didn't because nothing was open other than crap foods

I weighed 240 at one time in my early 40's.  Now I'm 57 and weigh 175.  I've learned a lot in that time, way too much to write here.  My best piece of advice for anyone looking to lose weight is to learn to count your calories.  I've used MyFitnessPal in the past and it works.  It's a constant reminder of how much you are eating and keeps you on your toes.  You can't lose weight unless calories in

 

So buy a kitchen scale and get to measuring when you eat or cook.  Record your recipes for later repeated use.  Learn how to use the app and track down your favourite foods.  It's very simple and gets easier as time goes by.  Good luck!!

Did some strongman workouts in my gym today for high reps until I really could not do another rep. Now taking the dogs to a local lake and I'll get a jog in and maybe run some hills.
