Brutal sinus infection right now. Minimal work outs. Been doing light weights and yoga to keep me occupied.

Try Flonase, a Neti Pot, and a humidifier by the bed. I get the sinus infections constantly and this seems to have helped

My only suggestion is one that works for everyone every time. It's not in a book, seen on TV, or the web. Doesn't require any special shopping or meal plan subscriptions. You can eat any food you like

Alrighty! These quests always work better when there's a group and there's a little friendly competition involved. I know I don't want to be the guy who actually gains weight during this challenge...

I'm in. I'll avoid shirtless posts, but I assume bottomless are still ok.

I usually get them this time of year and spring. I do exactly what you said. Being so dang cold the past few weeks there is around 20% humidity, makes it worse.

You've been eating all my favorite food groups! Unfortunately we gotta cut back in them. Older we worse it is and harder to get off our butts

I weighed in at 192.1. Not sure my workouts are conducive to loosing weight. But my pants are looser so that's a plus.

3 per week on average is a very healthy way to lose weight, by losing it slowly you are more likely to keep the weight of as well.

Keep it up.

I didn't weigh in today, I was sick as a dog last week and spent the weekend in bed. Zicam nasal swabs seemed to do the trick to get me moving. I'll step on the scale tomorrow and see what happened.

Does shoveling two inches of wet snow on a long driveway count as a 'workout'?

If I may offer up some food advice. A hard boiled egg is only 70 calories, 2 of them suckers fill me up until my lunch at noon. Can of Progresso Soup. Normally around 200 calories per can. So if you can get used to it you're looking at 340 calories until dinner. I actually run 5 miles after that before I get home and eat dinner.

A buddy of mine got me used to tracking my foods everyday with an app. This way I know roughly what I'm at by dinner.

Been down with the flu this week, and still suffering the effects. Zero exercise, very little food yet I gained a pound, up to 193.

Crap.

I drink a small glass of apple cider vinegar every morning.  I mixed mine with honey and water. It gives me a good shot of energy and has really helped my digestive system.

I just started this.  been going for 5 days.  I would say that it def helps with some energy.  Digestion maybe takes a little longer?

My wife and I are doing Whole30 during the week and trying to keep the weekends to the same but cheats here and there.

Basically No carbs, sugars, processed food, etc.  I guess almost identical to Paleo but small differences.

Anyway we are on Day 2 and the food has been solid for the most part.

EDIT:  Oh ya no Alcohol...

Yea I was having some tummy burning and it put the fire out.  My energy level is awesome since I went on my ACV & Honey mix!  Plus my joints don't hurt as bad.
