JFish350
I weighed myself this morning for the first time since March 28th. On March 28th I weighed in at 235.20 LBS. Today I am at 225.60 LBS down just shy of 10LBS. The single biggest reason is officiating Lacrosse games, next would be water intake, and 3rd is getting in the gym a minimum of 3 times a week. 4 Quote Sub 70 949 D 9* HZRUDS 60G 6.5 smoke RDX shaft. fozcycle
Early March I had ballooned to 233. Combination of the July auto accident, shoulder surgery and general laziness plus snacking on the wrong foods. When m6 Dr put me on Metformin I started diligently watching what I ate. That plus return to golf while doing rehab, I lost 20 lbs. Now I have to exercise more and drop another 25. 5 1 Quote Driver: 0211 w/Evenflo Riptide CB Regular shaft & 0811 XF w/Evenflo Riptide CB Senior shaft Fairways: 0211 5W & 7W w/ Evenflo Riptide CB regular shaft and Tour Edge E521 9W w/Fubuki HD50 regular shaft Hybrid: None in bag at the moment Irons: Titleist T300 5-PW w/Fubuki MV Senior graphite shafts w/Golf Pride Tour Wedges: Titleist T300 48* GW w/Fubuki MV Senior shaft and Edison forged 53* and 57* wedges with KB PGI Senior shafts(80 grm). RichL85
Slow progress. The plague kept me out of society for about 2 weeks, so it's been a bit of a hit to the routine. Overall it's still progress. Down 60 pounds since September when I started this program. I definitely need to get some new clothes because of these changes. With today's weigh in, I'm currently only 2 pounds away from the lowest I can remember being, and that was when I was 22 in college playing multiple sports. 3 1 Quote All PXG Bag: Driver: 0811XF Gen 4 w/ Fujikura Motore X F3 6- 3 Wood: 0341XF Gen 4 w/ Mitsubishi Diamana S+ 70g Hybrids: 19 and 22 degree 0317XF Gen 4 w/ Project X Evenflow Riptide 80g Irons: 5-PW 0311P Gen 4 w/ KBS Tour 120 Wedges: 50, 54, 58 degree 0311 3X Forged w/ KBS Tour 120 Putter: Battle Ready Blackjack, 36.5”, Double Bend neck My 2021 review of the Spornia SPG-7 hitting net: https://forum.mygolfspy.com/tests/20-spornia-compact-hitting-net/?do=findReview&review=66 My PXG fitting at Orlando location: https://forum.mygolfspy.com/topic/53343-the-experience-of-updating-an-old-bag/ My review of the 2023 Titleist White Box ProV1's: https://forum.mygolfspy.com/topic/53743-2022-official-member-review-titleist-pro-v1pro-v1x-white-box/?do=findComment&comment=870552
JFish350
I haven't stepped on a scale for some time. My gym did a fat loss competition in June - July 13th. It was based on the % of body fat lost from where a person started. The winner lost 18%, it showed he did good work, The ladies winner lost 10%. I could never get on track and was not consistent with my workouts. I stayed the same percentage of body fat at 29%. I wasn't consistent with my workouts and had a week of vacation at a resort in the middle of the ocean. With football season 5 weeks away I need to get moving. Keeping up with teenagers gets harder every year as I am a year older and they are still kids. Good Luck fellas. 2 Quote Sub 70 949 D 9* HZRUDS 60G 6.5 smoke RDX shaft.
