Last day to eat junk food and indulge yourself before we start this off. Good luck everyone and let's make this forum a little healthier so we can all golf longer.

I know it's not January 1st but I weighed in this morning like I usually do every Sunday.

 

Last week I was 207.4lbs. Today I'm at 204lbs...even after having a couple of vanilla porters and some apple pie shine last night.

Sounds good. I know I need this. I'm in and will post my weight tomorrow. After our NY Eve indulgence. Ice cream and brownies not booze. Ha

I'll weigh myself also tomorrow morning. Neighborhood party 9-10 couples. Well stay late maybe all the way to 9 or even 9:30!!

I fell asleep on the couch for a power nap. Just woke up and shook it off as that should last me for a couple hours.  ;)

 

Hit the scales bright and early and post em up!  No naked drunk pics allowed  :unsure:

Ok folks when you rise and shine on January 1st make sure you weigh before breakfast and post your weight & goal.  Let's pound off them pounds and get this show on the road.  Good luck and stay the course!

My goal this week is to go on a bread fast. No bread and focus hard on none or very little sugar products. 

 

I had my apple cider vinegar/honey/water tonic this morning along with a couple of eggs, one sausage patty, and slice of cheese mixed together. Also one cup of coffee with a couple shots of raw honey. Now heading to the gym shortly for a couple hours workout!

We never played this morning. 55* when I left home on a 10 minute cart ride to the course. When we got there Temp drop to 52* 10mph wind and rain, nope there's always tomorrow!

I'm joining too. I was at 182 last time I checked. Won't be able to weigh in till tomorrow. Goal: 175, but way more fit.

Weighed in this morning at 339. I know most of that is water weight gained from eating a lot of junk this holiday season.

 

Off to the gym now for the first workout of 2018!

I just weighed in. 190.1 lbs. goal is 180. Hopefully with a solid plan I can get there by April 5. Travel always makes it tough but with a good group here it will help.

I will weigh in tomorrow when my new scale gets in. Last weight was 306 which is better than 312 I was a while ago. My goal is 250
