I had an incredible weight loss day.

1. I bought my first new pair of pants. You might think, about time after 35 lbs., but that shows how tight my pants had gotten.

I was in 40's. I'm in 36's now. And they were very comfortable. I still I'm looking at 7 more lbs. I was a 32 in college but a 34 from 25 to 40. I would be great at 34.

2. One of the bag guys at the club said, “Man have you shed the pounds Rev. You look great!”

3. And even though I went to Miami and sampled lots of great food including a hot dog and 3 beers at the ballgame - I weigh less today than Monday before I left.

Oh yeah and I hit the piss out of the ball on the range - I was carrying my driver all around the flag that I thought was 210 - that would be good enough - when I shot the flag it was 217 - if I can carry driver 217 plus consistently at sea level my handicap will plummet.

I'm holing putts too. Sub 1 suddenly seems possible again.

Taylor Made Sim2  10.5 (Opened 1 click) Ventus Blue 5  R flex

Ping G410 5-9 wood  Alta 65 R flex

Wilson D7 forged 6-GW -  Mamiya recoil 460 R flex

Edison Wedges 54 and 59 KBS Tour Graphite 80's

EVNRoll ER 5

Titleist Pro VIx optic yellow with revkev stamped on them

Tour Exotics 3 wood is in the bag because we are allowed 14 clubs.  It's a great club for pulling balls out of the water or from bushes - you never want to put your hand into anything in Florida unless you are absolutely certain that it's safe.  There are rare wind conditions when I might hit it off the tee on a few holes that I play.

That's great! I think your one of the “poster boys” for weight loss on this thread.

I've gone from 42 to 40 and 38 is on the horizon.

My 42 pants are now very lose and I don't want to buy new pants until I get to 250 or these don't fit at all

I'm the same way. My 42s are getting baggy but my 38s aren't quite there yet. Hopefully when I reach 290ish I can move into 38s

I wish I'm at 290 and can only fit into 40s right now. I'm also built a lot different than most.

I am too, I'm pretty shocked that I'm this close to 38s and still in the 3s. I thought I'd have to be around 250 to see those sizes.

Keep at it if I can get under 300 so can you. This thread has been a great place to come for bragging and for some morale boosting when not having the best day.

Found a set of scales this evening. In my gym gear I'm 88.9 kg or 196 lbs. I'm happy with that another couple of kgs off would be good.

Down to 306 today. That's 6lbs down so far since starting Weight watchers. Pretty pleased with myself seeing as I haven't been able to workout as much as I'd like cause of some foot pains

Gym work outs and my shoulder are feeling great. Losing weight going not so well. Was 199 a month ago and now I'm 212 :(. The more I'm getting range of motion back and able too lift more . The more I'm starving when I get home and I'm eating everything . I was going to try an online weight loss program. It costs $500 for 8 months. This gives you daily email contact with the instructor and an dedicated diet just for you

Think I should try it ?
