Getting frustrated......this is the 3rd month that I have weighed in at 195. Need to get over this hump and go lower.

Change one thing like add a new workout or take something in your diet and moderate it a little. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Yup I'm at a standstill too. But i figure it's summer, time to stop worrying about weight until September. Cooler temps, longer walks!

Stepped on the scale this morning and am at 221.8 (started at at 235). Mostly achieved by sporadic workouts and not eating like a pig. I need to get back on the exercise.

I know how ya feel Foz!   I'm hanging around the 205 mark while battling cravings for carbs.  I've heard the carb craving will diminish over time and the battle of the sugar urges will simmer down.  I'm going to get to my 195 goal.   It's going to happen!

im doing the vshred workouts and diet. It has plenty of carbs for you to keep the monkey off your back. It is a macro's style diet. It is working and I'm not starving. I feel great after a week.

I found vshred had a special for $57 that popped up in my Instagram. May still be there. The whole plan makes sense to me and isn't a fade diet, nor is the exercise to difficult. You can work out at home or at the gym.

Add blackberries in as a snack, they're very high in fiber

Add blackberries in as a snack, they're very high in fiber

Blackberries are also one of the best sources of zinc which increase blood flow... To your... Uh... Junk... which helps with turning that regular flex into an extra stiff shaft.

Whole grain bread (check the fiber content on the bread and you'll be shocked at how much some give you in your diet), beans (refried black beans are a great sub in Mexican cuisine), berries (raspberries and blackberries are high in fiber, blueberries and strawberries have good amounts as well), peas, greens, steel cut oats, almonds, broccoli, brussel sprouts, potato (more importantly the skin), apples, pears, and bananas are all great sources of fiber. Just like any other nutrient, you'll want to vary your fiber as some fiber is soluble (think beans, peas, fruits) that slows digestion and helps you stay full longer, and insoluble (whole grains, broccoli, breads) that act like a broom and push food through your digestion quickly.

Chances are you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet. Don't worry, most Americans don't get near enough. Boost your fiber intake (be sure to drink plenty of water with your fiber) and you'll see an improvement in weight management. Also, really try to eat naturally occurring fiber versus something like a fiber one bar. Or as I call them, fart one bars.

Tour Exotics 3 wood is in the bag because we are allowed 14 clubs.  It's a great club for pulling balls out of the water or from bushes - you never want to put your hand into anything in Florida unless you are absolutely certain that it's safe.  There are rare wind conditions when I might hit it off the tee on a few holes that I play.

Good luck everyone, I lost 64 lbs from Feb to July. It absolutely was an accomplishment. All about making good and smart choices and adding in some moderate exercise

64 pounds is awesome!   My worst enemy right now is craving sweets.  Once I make up my mind to moderate that part of my intake, I'll drop the last few pounds to reach my goal of 195.

295 this morning, that's 44lbs lost since the first of the year. 65 since last June. Should be closing in on the 290 these next few weeks then it'll be time for a new goal for the winter

I battled that with the Publix Greek Yogurt. Ate one every day for breakfast, and another when I needed it. Stuff tastes like ice cream when you freeze it!

You're catching me I've plateaued at 282. Gonna start a new workout this week. Took two weeks off to get use to my new schedule but time to get back to it.

I used to to have Yogurt often (5x week) also but recently stopped it mostly due to sugar content.

Try the oikos triple zero. No added sugar and lot of protein in it
