I completely forgot to post in this thread. I've been a good boy and am now down to 203.8 as of Saturday. Chanin and I are off to Pittsburgh this weekend so all bets are off.

If you need any diet killing places let me know, I know them all in Pittsburgh

My only suggestion is one that works for everyone every time. It's not in a book, seen on TV, or the web. Doesn't require any special shopping or meal plan subscriptions. You can eat any food you like

I'm in. I'll avoid shirtless posts, but I assume bottomless are still ok.

Alrighty! These quests always work better when there's a group and there's a little friendly competition involved. I know I don't want to be the guy who actually gains weight during this challenge...

Thanks for the offer but we've been going to the Burgh for years now. I do know that I'll be getting some lobster tails from Wholley's on Saturday for dinner.

I made another post about intermittent fasting. I’ve been doing a 20/4 intermittent fast for 2 1/2 months and I’m down 28 lbs and 2 full pants sizes!

I've not had that kind of change but I also do 16/8.

Been working out more again recently partially because we are doing a weight loss thing at work

I’m still hanging in the high 160’s. I’ve been working out a lot more than when a first was started my fitness program. I’ve been pounding the steps and stairs as well. Averaging 15k steps and 11 flights of stairs a day on the year - and I work a sedentary job - I just make sure to walk five minutes for every hour spent sitting -

That's a lot of steps!  I had to climb a 130' water tower twice this past Monday, and my quads were screaming at me for the next two days.  Not much walking the rest of the day after the climb as I was driving for about 4 hours.  15k steps is really impressive!!

Down to 266.4 from 318 pre-covid. Keto is the sole reason for this. I also got a push cart a few weeks ago so I could start walking more often.

My goal was 250 before EOY and now I’m shooting for 235 by EOY. That would be my lowest weight since 1999 and I’d end up 83 pounds down this year.

Keto/Banting is the 💣. Been doing that for a year now and lost 10kg and have sooo much more energy. Tim Noake's Real Meal Revolution is great https://realmealrevolution.com/
