Being old myself, if Mr. Winter was that old, he most likely would not be able to create what we're currently experiencing. Such requires the dexterity of a younger source. Perhaps, Old Man Winter is letting his up-start grandkid sub for him this winter allowing him to relax until next year. What we are experiencing may be "Young Kid Winter".
