Fresh from the inbox and just in time for the PGA show Cleveland Golf has unveiled 3 new putters in the Huntington Beach lineup.  For those who aren't familiar you can check out our member reviews here.  Cleveland also had a top 5 finish in the 2017 Most Wanted Blade with a Huntington Beach model.  For those still doubting the Cleveland putting pedigree how about a top 2 finish by a TFI model in the 2017 Most Wanted Mallet testing.  So when Cleveland unveils new models, I tend to pay attention.  Check out the press release below and let us know your thoughts!

CLEVELAND GOLF UNVEILS THREE NEW HUNTINGTON BEACH

COLLECTION PUTTER MODELS

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – Jan. 23, 2018 â€“ Cleveland Golf® is proud to introduce the three latest putter models in the Huntington Beach Collection: the 2, the 8, and the 11. These three additional offerings push the total number of models in the Huntington Beach Collection to nine. The new models officially launch on Friday, February 16.

“We've had tremendous momentum in the putter category with both the Huntington Beach and TFI 2135 putter lines,” said Jeff Brunski, Director of Research and Development. “These three new Huntington Beach models produce the same great roll and exceptional feel as our other Huntington Beach models with new address profiles that inspire confidence and help alignment.”

The Cleveland Golf Huntington Beach Collection is inspired by Cleveland Golf's North American headquarters. These putters feature a classic design that have been revered for generations with modern innovations that can help any golfer improve their scoring.

The Huntington Beach Collection first launched in September of 2016 with the 1, 4, and 6 models which garnered a 2017 Hot List Gold Medal from Golf Digest. Then, in April of 2017, Cleveland Golf released three new putter models featuring tour-proven shapes: the 3, the 6c, and the 10.

“There has been more demand than ever for our Huntington Beach Collection putters, and these three models provide even more options to golfers seeking a high quality putter at an exceptional price,” said Brian Schielke, Marketing Director.

Cleveland Golf's Huntington Beach putters features a precision milled face with a coarse, diamond-shaped milling pattern to soften the feel at impact while increasing friction for a more consistent roll. Each one is made from soft 304 Stainless Steel.

Huntington Beach Collection putters are available for $99.99 with the standard grip, and $109.99 with the Cleveland Oversized grip.

Visit the Huntington Beach Collection page to learn more about the full line of offerings from Cleveland Golf.

I liked the last one. I think it's very under rated as a putter. I'm sure the 2018 will be just as good.

So the 11 is just a non-2135 Elevado. Interesting decision there, maybe get the shape in more peoples' hands without the added price. Hopefully they get a better presence in stores as they do perform per the Most Wanted tests.

I currently game the #3 and absolutely love it! I've always been a fan of the versa 9 semi mallet/blade shape and the #2 looks even sexier. This may end up being a "gee honey, I'm not sure how $100 went missing" moment...

Hands down these are the best new putters (and possibly club) in regards to bang for your buck... I cannot believe how inexpensive these are.

That TFI 2135 Elevado is just stunning.  And with what they've done on the face of these.... it's something you'd expect to pay twice the price for.

Really hoping to bag one of these this year.  Cleveland is more than just a wedge company.

I tried the #6 at the golf shop over the weekend and it is fantastic.  The feel off the face is tremendous and off center hits aren't punitive.

If you get a chance I'd recommend trying it...

I've always found it a shame the Cleveland milled putters never really took off. The original line came out when i was on their staff and aside from bling was just as good as a Scotty.

Kinda glad they didn't... helped keep the price down and makes them the best deal going.

IMHO: If you can't afford an Evnroll this is the next best thing...

I bought the #8 HB and an Odyssey #1Ws, as I couldn't figure out which was better at the store, both were rolling the balls into the store non stop(picked both up for less than a lot of others putters out there). So why not get both then figure out on the putting green outside....well we still have snow on the ground here in South Dakota and haven't had the chance to get them side by side on real putting surface. But I have been putting around the house with both and when we play in the sim.  I will say these putters have completely different feel and sound to them which I am ok with either one. The #8 HB has a bit of a click and firm feel and the ball comes off the face with a bit more speed. The #1Ws is very muted and soft feel. Right now according to sim stats I'm having an easier time getting the Odyssey back to square with my slight arc stroke(I assume due to more toe hang than the HB), but we all know putting in the sim versus on greens can be very different. Both are giving me better distance control over my previous putter(slotline SSI-693). I could seriously see myself bagging either one of these putters come this summer. Serious props for Cleveland on shelving a putter of this quality and price.
