Welcome to the Forum!   I grew up just outside Philly  (Delaware County) and my brother is still in the area (Horsham)-  Lots of good golf in the Phila area- and the Jersey shore, too- for a cheap round try the course on Brigantine - not a great track, but not bad, either- target golf to avoid hitting the houses that line the fairways!
