I couldn't watch it. Too damn slow. The coverage of the Champions Tour was much better.

 

From what I did see DJ is in great form.

I turned it off when they showed Rory drive to the fringe on a par 4, the proceeded to 5-putt for a double bogey.  Just couldn't watch anymore.

I'm not a Rory fan at all, but any pro with a 4 putt has to feel like crap. He tends to have a few more than most pros

Almost as many as Jordan. I was watching Jordan today as he missed a couple of putts you can tell that his putting is getting to him. Must be especially tough playing with DJ who is 7 strokes ahead

Jordan definitely makes a bunch of 3 putts and a few but I think Rory putts worse in America than over seas.

I'm glad I watched the interview with him afterward. Seemed like a nice humble guy.

 

I wasn't so sure watching the coverage as I don't think he cracked a smile once in 18 holes or said two words to anyone that was shown. Guess he was keeping his head down and just playing his game.

I was not allowed to watch to the end once someone figured out there was no chance for anyone to catch him. So I didn't get to see the end. Hopefully there is an explaination, but if not......

Yeah. At least we don't know if he did. Could hace done it in private in the scoring trailer.

 

DJ has has had several chances to be a jerk ans never once took the bait. 2009 PGA Championship ruling that knocked him out of the playoff. 2010 is open blowing a final round lead. 2014 US Open at Oakmont with the delayed ruling during his round. 2015 US Open after 3 putting on the 72nd hole to lose by 1.
