revkev
I appreciate the number of guys here who approach the game differently, play it for different reasons than I do and think differently, also. Thank you, I learn a lot from you about the sport that I love and the myriad of reasons for loving it. I also appreciate the guys that I generally agree with. You help confirm my opinions or get me grounded when I'm tempted to get off base. Thank you, you guys saved me over 1,000 last year in non purchases because of your wisdom and advice. TheWahoo
Rev: I can only repeat and endorse the expression of appreciation for you that others have eloquently stated. But I feel the need to let you know how much I appreciate that you have shared with us the difficulties that you and your daughter Penny have faced. The struggles that Penny has endured with courage and inspirational attitudes. She indeed is an inspiration to us all. Personally, an inspiration that has impacted my attitudes and approach to dealing with much less significant and meaningful difficulties. Your ability to share has had personal benefit to me for which I thank you.

Wannabegolfer67
I would like to mirror the comments made by Rev and most of you other guys, MGS is one of the best collections of people I have had the opportunity to converse with. You guys have always been genuinely helpful and never condescending, everyone may not agree with each other but they all seem to disagree respectfully. I have had the opportunity to meet Rev and let him give me a lesson on how golf should be played, he is a class act in every way! Today, I will do what others will not so that... Tomorrow, I will do what others can not
robertson153
While I appreciate the wisdom of the “seasoned†gentleman here, my real appreciation goes to the staff of MGS. I can't imagine what kind of dedication it take to run a site like this. They make sure everything runs smooth and nothing gets out of hand. If things escalate one of them is always there to calm it down. BTW Rev I appreciate your lifestyle choice, we need more men like you in this world. AH1980MN
I appreciate that even though I've not been able to play much over the last year and a half, I have a "home" to come back to. I appreciate that there is an "injury thread" here. It helps to know I'm not the only one sidelined. I appreciate the hope and grit I find here- that helps me focus on my recovery instead of wallowing in my pain or loss.
