My avatar is a picture of the B Reactor at Hanford; now a national park.  Produced plutonium for the bomb dropped on Nagasaki in WWII.  Of course the yellow and magenta are radiation symbol colors.  As a nuclear chemist I moved to Hanford in 1970.

That's how you say it too--- One of my fellow truck drivers at work is a native of Boston and that is exactly how he says it. All new drivers train under me so when he trained with me we had quite a few guys named John working there so he told me and this is a true fact just put me in your phone as "Masshole John" I did and it is still in there like that---- BTW he has a hat just like that too I guess it comes with being from Baston. He cracks me up

LOL I knew it was on the 18th at TPC "Myrtle Beach" it is right around the corner from me--- The reason I put Myrtle Beach in quotation marks is it ain't in Myrtle but actually in Murrells Inlet. That is sorta a sore point with us guys on the South Strand--- Most of us South Stranders do not want anything to do with "Dirty Myrtle" as we call it---

Stu, having gone many times to Myrtle we try not to go north for golf there is more than enough good food and golf on the south strand.

They had a helicopter outside and offered rides around Dallas, so after we ate, we all climbed in and took a ride. Pretty cool. My Pops passed away four years ago and I had only recently found this pic. Great memories.

Have to change my original answer as now my profile pic is me. Got to play at Lochinvar in Houston and I want to remember that opportunity when posting. It's a Jack Nicklaus designed private course that the who's who of Houston belong to. I probably wouldn't be allowed to wash the carts there on a normal basis but got to tee it up the other day and played pretty well. Probably the nicest course I have ever played. Putting on pro quality greens make a HUGE difference I know that. It's been hard to go back to my course now lol.

I'm not living on the air in Cincinnati, so no, I'm not really Dr. Johnny Fever. Rock n Roll has been a big part of my life though, I play guitar, collect records and attend a lot of concerts. I also bore a striking resemblance to the good Dr. as I had longer, thinning hair and a handlebar mustache.

 

When my oldest daughter started kindergarten I realized that as a stay at home dad meeting lots of moms I should probably clean myself up a bit as not to scare away potential friends of my kids.
