I'm starting to like Bubba more for The Masters. The dude can move the ball like no one else. A Tiger / Bubba show down would be one for the ages!

I agree - he was on fire today. He almost looked too relaxed as he was schooling Kisner.

 

I especially liked his interviews. After his first win this year he talked about the things WE were doing to improve putting vs. I. And then today thanking his mother. Both times very humble and emotional.

 

I think whatever illness he had was life changing.

That's the danger witu matxh Play, you have 1 Match that anyone is really interested in, and it was over before they left the 7th tee box. Anyway, good playing by Bubba. Looking forward to the Masters in a couple of weeks.

Didn't get to see it, but I wish I had. I'm always rooting for Bubba (and Phil, Harman and even Potter) as a fellow lefty, but that's the kind of thing that will make me actually like the guy. I agree with whoever posted about a life-changing illness. He seems like a completely different guy to me.

I enjoy match play but you've hit on the issue with it. Not always good TV.

 

Nice win for Bubba though - I was watching hoops and women's golf - hole in one with the tournament on the line is pretty stout stuff.
