Very cool opportunity from MyGolfSpy and Cobra!

1) Kevin from Maine

2)

Driver: Titleist- D2 915
3 Wood: TaylorMade- RBZ Stage 2
Hybrid: Cobra- Bio cell
Irons (4-GW): Wilson Staff-  FG Tour V6
Wedges (54,58):  Titleist- SM6
Putter: Cleveland- Huntington Beach #1

3) 6.1 Handicap

4) My main goal this year is to improve my GIR. Improving my accuracy off the tee and being able to hit the green in regulation will help me lower my scores (hopefully) and build more confidence in my game. Also want to improve my short game around the green in being able to get up and down for par more often than I am now. These will help me be more competitive in some of the tournaments I participate in.

Thanks!

Hellow, I'm Jonathan and I just moved to Camden, NC from Houston.

I have a new job job which will provide me more time this year to work on my game.  I've already become a big fan of my Cobra F8 One hybrid and the Arccos as well.  I have seriously been considering adding a whole bag of Cobra F8 clubs.  I am left-handed.

I currently game :

Driver - Cobra F6 - Matrix Red Tie, 3W - Callaway XHot2 3 Deep, 3Hy - Cobra F8 One 19,

Irons - Mizuno JPX900 Forged - 5-GW, KBS $-Taper

Wedges - Ping Glide 2.0 56, 60

Putter - Ping Pal

Current handicap - 22

My first goal is to play a lot more golf.  The past few years my job not allowed me the time.  I'm moving into a new area with a new job where I'll be playing regularly.  My second goal is to track my performance with each type of club this year and review my progress with an instructor.

I'd like the opportunity to start with a set of F8's and an instructor to work on all facets of my game to see how many strokes can be shaved by the end of 2018.

2. Current set:

Driver: Nke Vapor reg flx

4 wood: Wishon 929

Hybrids 3,4 Wishon 775

5Hi: Wishon sterling

6-GW: Wishon Sterling 37.5"

Goals: I am so tired of not improving. My main goal is to get to a single digit handicap. I started core training this winter for the first time in my life. I turned 50 in January. I also made a hitting bay at home and am working on fundamentals. I have a plan in place and am tired of my friends beating me at this great game.

Bob NY

Hybrids- Adams

3 Fairway-Cobra fly-z xl (used)

Driver-Cobra fly-Z xl (used)

Irons- Ping G (used)

Putter-Odyssey W (used)

handicap.....too large to say, I started to play in 2016, third NY season just starting. In the low 90's most of the time. I will hit in the 80's this summer. ;)

As you can see most of my bag was bought used, a NEW set of clubs wouldn't hurt in helping me hit my goal.

I am recently retired and have ample time to contribute, as long as it doesn't get in the way of playing or practice, you have to know your priorities.

4. Your goals for the 2018 golf season

My goal is to break the 80s. I struggled for the longest time shooting 100s and now 90s. Iron striking had always been up and down till I finally took a lesson abbr cleaned things up. Now working on my putting and chipping to help clean up lost strokes. Would be fun doing all that with new cobra clubs. 2 months ago I had a full cobra set, but i made changes thinking it was the clubs lol, and not me. I owe cobra another chance.

4. I began a golf centric fitness program for the first time this winter so I'm interested to see how that helps out with my game.  In addition to the fitness aspect my goals are to improve iron consistency, reduce/eliminate penalty shots, and shoot even par or better for a round (previous best +1).

I started using a basic stat keeping app last year.  I'd love to try out the Arccos system and get behind the analytics of my game.

Thanks for the opportunity!

Putter:     Odyssey Versa Sabertooth

8 handicap

Prepare to play in tournaments (local, Golf Channel, etc.) by playing golf versus just constantly working on my swing.   I play  3 - 4 times per week. and tracking my shots could and would go a long way in highlighting areas for focus beyond just hitting balls looking for the perfect 5-iron or baby draw driver.
