Gentlemen, I must say this is an awesome idea for a test! I am really looking forward to seeing it all works out. Of course, that experience would be cooler from the inside :).

1. Kevin from Ontario

2. TM 2016 M1 Driver, TM Aeroburner 16.5 3wd, 3-PW Callaway Steelhead XR Irons, 50/54/58 Callaway MD3 Wedges, Si2 Seemore putter

3. 17, which I am very much looking forward to lowering!

4. I have set 4 goals for myself during the 2018 golf season. My first one is to win a full bag of Cobra equipment!! I wonder how I can achieve that one, it will be tough.

My serious goals are: Dropping my handicap to the 10 area, knowing that this will be a big drop. To do this, I want to eliminate big misses off the tee as that is where I struggle the most.

My other goal is to play more often, which I will do my purchasing a membership to a major group of courses in my area. This is going to allow me to play a variety of courses requiring different strategies and shots, while still keeping my rounds affordable for my family.

But my most important goal for this season is to focus on the positive and enjoyable things that golf has to offer, and not allow myself to be negative during rounds. Last year I had a ton of frustration with being a new father, having a knee injury, and I had trouble juggling new responsibilities. I struggled with my swing, my putting and generally felt like I was playing just to get my moneys worth. It really came to a head for me when I played a beautiful Northern Ontario course (Deerhurst Highlands) and after an opening birdie (!!!!) I played poorly and it impacted my enjoyment of a beautiful course. I look forward to getting out with my friends, being fully healthy (and adding to that by walking more) and playing the way my grandfather taught me.

Again, thanks for offering our forum members this wonderful opportunity. Having been a tester previously, I know how much work it takes, and the commitment this challenge will take looks exciting (thank goodness I just got a Pixel 2 to take photos with). I think it would definitely help me focus on the game, and I really do believe I could create some awesome content for this contest. Thanks to everyone involved and good luck choosing the lucky five!

Ron S. - Mesa, AZ

Driver: Cobra F7 Reg flex (Blue)

Wood: 3-4 Cobra F7 Reg flex

Irons: Ping G400 4-Gap, Reg flex, AeroTech Steel Fiber I95

SW: Ping Glide 2.0 55*

LW: Wilson FG Tour 60*

Putter: Scotty Cameron Futura 6M

Handicap: 12

1. Lower handicap into single digits

2. Shoot in the 70's (obviously helps if single digit handicap). On occasion I shot on the 70's now, but want 70's the majority of the time, even 79's.

3. Have fun!  That is why we play, right?

4. Try some new Cobra items.  I had some Cobra irons about 4 years ago and would like trying a whole bag of Cobra.  I use a Garmin GPS watch which tracks my clubs now, so being a tester would be a lot of fun to track everything with Cobra's technology.

Driver: Cobra F6+

3W": Cobra F6

Hybrid: Cobra f6

HDCP as of end of last year was 16.7

Goals for the year are to consistently improve. Hdcp goal is to be 12-14 by years end. love tracking data, and arccos will definitely help. Having never been fitted for anything this would be a awesome way to find out how well the connect gear works with properly fitted irons!
