Looking for a group interested in getting out to Chambers Bay this summer. It is on my list to play this year but need a good group of guys willing to walk the course.

Same here!  It all depends on date.  Never played it.  I may not have many more years left in this old body to walk the course, so I should give it a try soon.

I'd love to join you guys but I'm already sneaking out there in May; probably can't play there more than once a year . I'll let you all know how the greens are rolling. Sounds like there won't be any temps. Chambers Bay is back in business!

I'd play Chambers. Easy enough to drive the hour to get there.

 

If you have never played it, I'd recommend leaving your golf shoes at home and bringing some very comfortable running style shoes. Or at least swap out your golf insoles with something very soft and forgiving.

 

The ground is almost cement and it is very hilly. Give your feet a chance.

Id be in if on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Not ideal for most but those are my off days. Im about 3.5 hours aways.

I will pencil it in.  WOn't know until the date gets closer.  I will have to plan it with a trip to Seattle to play with some buddies over there.  FYI, my wife might have to play too.  She's a 17 'capper.

I can make anytime that weekend work, I even have a coupon that lets me get a full group on at twilight rates any time. So there is that.
