I'm curious to see how this goes.  I know one of my biggest issues is trying to kill it instead of making a golf shot.  If this product does actually work and increases your swing speed, will it impact the accuracy/consistency of your shots?

So I've been on travel for business 9/10 weeks so haven't had a chance to do anything with the swing speed. Should be slowing down in the next couple weeks so going to start this back up. Will report back in a month or so

@goaliewales14 that's a great question that we are often asked. The SuperSpeed drills work on increasing club head speed but also better sequencing of the swing. Typically one will see an increased swing speed with either better accuracy or accuracy will stay the same. If one is having issues after we encourage them to do some face control and impact location drills which can clean it up quickly. Hope that helps!

Thanks everyone for their posts here. Feel free to ask any questions to us directly and we will answer them.

Got my set for Christmas and just finished the first week. Saw a pretty big jump in speed from day 1 to day 2. The day 3 numbers were a little mixed but closer to day 2. Has anyone else seen that immediate increase?

Starting my protocol on 1/1/19, so I'll let you know. I'll document my journey in here so I don't flood the official test. Or maybe I should so readers have a more condensed library of information? Time to reach out to the MOD SQUAD!

From what I've read and heard, most often yes. It helps with timing and because you are gaining speed, you could back off a little and hit further than what you had been with better consistency. All depends on the Archer and your swing mechanics though too.

Think it's great you guys are involved in the for unstable, and willing to answer questions.

I also think, the main reason you are doing this is to gain speed in general and that's what they are primarily for.

Besides this thread there is a case study on the blog page as well as a review in the "official" review section.  Bottom line is that people in all three places are experiencing SS gains in keeping with the claims that SuperSpeed makes even the mini-tour guy in the case study on the blog.

The two big issues that you may face should you decide to begin the program are plowing through the plateau periods (its sometimes hard to gear up for workouts three days a week while not seeing results) and making sure that you have the proper space for workouts (it would be very difficult to do these workouts outside in the winter in a Northern Climate so you need access to an indoor a space where you could swing a driver.

Good luck and feel free to visit the official review - we would be pleased to act as a support group for you.  Of course this is a great group of guys here, too - I'm sure that they would do the same.

Taylor Made Stealth 2 10.5 Diamana S plus 60  Aldila  R flex   - 42.25 inches

SMT 4 wood bassara R flex, four wood head, 3 wood shaft

Ping G410 7, 9 wood  Alta 65 R flex

Srixon ZX5 MK II  5-GW - UST recoil Dart 65 R flex

India 52,56 (60 pending)  UST recoil 75's R flex

Evon roll ER 5 32 inches

It's our offseason so auditioning candidates - looking for that right mix of low spin long, more spin around the greens - TBD

Thank you for your reply.  I pulled the trigger on them after my golf coach told me to get them.  I will post my results in the other thread.

For me, short answer: yes

Long answer: hell yes

I went from topping out at 108 to 118 and I'm 4 weeks in. I'm piping in above where I used to be able to hit it at the range. Irons are also 1/2 club longer. Looking forward to seeing where I am after the end of the first program. I do feel however I need to start some sort of workout regimen to get flexibility and strength consistent with my gains. It does help work on mechanics because there's a noticeable difference in club weight and you can really feel the load changes so you're forced to pay attention to the mechanics.

Numbers are erratic in some places because some days I didn't feel as strong as others. Some just piss me off because my left handed swing was as or more efficient than my normal. Overall I am very happy. I really do recommend people take it easy as when you first start and warm up. You don't want to go in cold swinging as hard as you can even if it's only 39 swings each time. I have taken a day or two extra for rest when I didn't think I "had it" or when my back still tight after warmup. I don't want to set myself back before I started.
