Hadn't planned on it but I guess we could if he says it's available. I'll have my car at the dealership so I had been thinking of Bay Hills since it's close. Wahoo is my ride wherever we go. Rob's place is only 16 miles from the dealer so that's not that bad either.

Either way. Just let me know. Both courses are only 1 hour away from my office. Never played Bay Hills

So We have a large 144 person outing going out on the NE course Friday AM.

We do have some times available on the South/West but if I"m being 100% honest with the cold weather and lot of winter play on the dormant Bermuda it's not really ready for prime time yet, and I hate to show it off in that condition.   That said, I have heard from people that play both, that it is still in better shape at this time than the other course you are considering.

So let me know if you guys want to come up.  Depending on the time, once the outing is out and on the course, I could probably get out with you.

I'm still playing on dormant Bermuda down here so that's no big deal to me. I know your course is pretty, the makeup doesn't always have to be on.

Would probably be looking to tee it up around 1030-11 so just let us know if that works for Compass Pointe. If not, no biggie.

With the winter, I haven't touched a golf club since November, so I haven't been to Bay Hills yet, myself, so I have no idea what condition it is in.  I just want to play and play with some spy friends, so course condition is not a major factor for me now and is understandable with the winter we've had.  If necessary, we can expand the ground under repair rules, especially sand bunkers. :-).

Again, whatever best suits those that wish to play is fine with me.   The important consideration is getting Stud back to the dealership in time to pick up his vehicle.

So I can get us out anywhere from 10:05 to 10:55.   Does that work for you guys.   There are some earlier times 8:25 to 8:55 as well.   If that works better you guys could go on out and I'd come out and catch up after the outing went out.

What time are you picking Stud up Wahoo?

I won't be able to make the early ones but can definitely do the 10 o'clock hour. Maybe 1030 to be safe? He's picking me up at 930. Gonna try to get up the road earlier if I can so we have time to warm up.

How about that! I'm looking at a fitter out by you but need an excuse to drive that far. The Golf Fitting Center at Westfield. Ever heard of/used them?

Here in Maryland, it's actually called the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). When they switched from DMV, I remember thinking how weird the new acronym was. Shortly after, DMV re-emerged for the area title.

The fitting center at Westfields is as good as it gets. Real balls, into the driving range, all OEMs great staff. Other options are Golf Doctor DC, and club champion.

I had a bad experience there with upgrading my old ping FWW's.  Making multiple trips from just outside of annapolis was a pain.  There and back to drop the clubs off, then back to pick them up, then back again to get them fixed and another trip back to get them.  Long story short I had new shafts put in but they didn't use the right size shaft and had to shim the shaft to the head.  Well, they didn't do that right either.  3W head flew down the range and the 5W was loose.  Wasn't happy and they didn't offer any compensation besides saying sorry our bad.  Haven't been back since.

That’s really surprising. It’s been a few years, but I got fitted for an SLDR and the experience was fantastic. Matt at Golf Doctor DC is solid. Very personalized experience

Wahoo and Stud. We are all set with 10:25 tee time on Friday. Let me know if that doesn't work for any reason.
