{2018 RESULTS} #SpyStaffSlam: Masters, US Open, THE Open, PGA

Now that #SpyStaffSlam season is officially over, it makes sense to roll all of the announcements together. This has been a really fun event to follow and I hope you all enjoyed it.

As if the drama of the Masters wasn't enough to get your juices flowing, Wilson's amazing prizes added some serious action for the forum. We had 1050 entries and the leaderboard fluctuated with every shot taken. In the end, we have clear winners for the three prizes.

Before we get into the announcement, here's a few quick hits for the data heads.

 

-> The chalk pick of Thomas, Noren, Kisner, DeChambeau, and Sharma netted a whopping $313,150....... Good enough for 879th place!

-> To provide perspective, a perfect team would've been Fowler, Reed, Finau, Henley, and Smith totaling $4,032,875

->For tiebreakers, 63 entries correctly picked -15 as the winning score and 71 correctly picked +8 as the low am.

-> 5 entries picked both tiebreakers correctly so congratulations to Kanoito, Brandanb88, therod, lty48, and OHIOgolf for winning the irrelevant trophy

-> In the end, the cream ultimately rose to the top as 6 of the top 10 and 12 of the top 20 were Tier 1 players. The only duds from that group were Tiger, Phil, and Sergio.

->152 entries had Reed for Tier 2 and 40 entries picked Fowler as their Tier 1. Only 8 legal entries had both and it's no surprise they are the top 8 finishers.
