Hey Spy's,

 

I have been  a long time follower of the site, read the reviews religiously and figure it is time to get more involved.  I am a bit of an equipment junkie, love trying new stuff and am certainly not above trying to buy a game...so far with no luck.  Golf is my passion and whether I ever get to the level of play I aspire to is fairly irrelevant because I am a fan of the process. 

 

Some things I am working on for this season that I hope to contribute to in the forums: 

 

1) Super Speed Golf: In the mail and I will be starting the protocols as soon as I get them;

 

2) Arccos: I was an early adopter of Game Golf but the tagging annoyed me. I switched this year and am very interested to see how the Caddie function works;

 

3) Driver: I lost it the last two seasons...like could not get off the tee to save my life. Been working with some coaches over the winter and it is coming along.  I want to challenge myself to turn a weakness into a strength; and

 

4) Equipment Fitting: Not sure if this will pan out, but I switched on an impulse late last year from Callaway Apex irons to Cobra CB/MB.  I never thought I should be hitting these things but I think they are better for my game than game improvement clubs so I hope to validate that.

 

Excited for the season to start.  More snow in the forecast this weekend for Ottawa but I got an email this morning with tentative course opening dates and have been hitting balls outdoors for three weeks now.  Soon.....
