... If there is such a thing as a "magic cure" for a variety of swing problems, this is it. Most people do not realize you can basically swing your arms as fast as you are able to but moving the body too quickly results in all kinds of problems. Imo it is the #1 swing fault and a good 75% of my students were prone to this fault. Nice job finding the cure on your own!

Yeah I actually lucked into it. I was hitting my irons really well and stepped up to a shorter par 4 and said to myself just swing controlled. Who cares if I hit 7 instead of 8 into the green. Hit the ball right down the middle and stuck the 7 to within 10 feet. I missed the putt but after that I have done it on every hole and have gone up to almost 80% fairway found.
