I've played it over a dozen times and my first round there is still the best score I've had there. I think there is something to going into that course ans not overthinking it. It's a pretty simple target course with lots of room for error. It's just that it visually can get you trying to think your way around it at times. Versus just picking your spot and putting a good swing on it . Such a fun course to play. It was a really fun course. With so many blind shots to make you really had to trust the yardage book along with the gps app that is available. I really struck the ball extremely well, I hit 10/14 fairways and 11/18 greens, I was putting better than I ever have. I had the speed and lines pretty good after the first 4-5 holes. I had 1 birdie and 2 bogeys on the front. 4 birdies and 1 bogey on the back. You really do have to trust the yardage though since you can’t see half the shots you are making. 2 Quote Lefties are always in their Right Mind

Gurra
We celebrated midsommar (midsummer) here in Sweden this past weekend. Big celebration for us so me and my GF and one other couple rented a cabin right next to the ocean. Me and the guy from the other couple went to play some golf on a nearby course that was challenging for a first time player. First of all there was a max at 220 yards on the range.. So no warm up with the longer clubs.. and a lot of blind tee shots and blind approach shots. The hardest hole of the course for me was the the one with the picture below.. First of all everything slopes very heavily to the left with out all the way.. Secondly the tee and green is about level with each other with a big creak in the middle so you need to keep the tee shot left and the approach high with a lot of stop on a blind green.. But all in all a nice round at a beautiful course.

devsters
Hey fellow lefties! I am in the market for a new Scotty and the new special select line is great, but all they have in LH is the newport 2 and del mar. I picked up the Del Mar for now on a 90-day return policy but would love to try the Fastback 1.5. Anyone know if it's just futile to expect that to eventually come out in LH?
