GolfJunkie302
I'm swinging the HZRDUS Black 6.0. Love it! My swing speed is around 105. It brought my spin rate way down — probably from around 3000 or so to 2000. RickyBobby_PR
Black is very stiff feeling and one I didn't get along with...ss is 102-105 and a buddy of mine with about 110 said the samething. The yellow was a much better feel and better results. The counterbalance design worked for me. The hzrdus line was designed based around performance and didn't go after feel Jdavis0910, fozcycle and bens197 3 Quote Driver: PXG 0811 X+ Proto w/UST Helium 5F4 Wood: TaylorMade M5 5W w/Accra TZ5 +1/2”, TaylorMade Sim 3W w/Aldila rogue white Hybrid: PXG Gen2 22* w/AD hybrid Irons: PXG Gen3 0311T w/Nippon modus 120 Wedges: TaylorMade MG2 50*, Tiger grind 56/60 Putter: Scotty Caemeron Super Rat1 Ball: Titleist Prov1

Curly6
I haven't tried the black, but have the yellow. 105 SS with a Rogue Sub Zero head. I battled high launch and spin for a long time with spin rates in the low to mid 3000's. The yellow brought me down to 2500ish on the spin rate and dropped my launch. Couldn't get the best feel for the HZRDUS line and ended up switching to an Even Flow Black. Both the HZRDUS and Even Flow are a 6.0 for me. For me, I would say the HZRDUS plays a tad more stiff then the Even Flow Quote Driver: Rogue 9*, -1" length FW: Epic SZ 13.5*, 18* -.5" length Utility: 816 H2 21* Irons: Apex CF 16, std. lenght/lie Wedges: T7 Blue Ion, 52*, 56*, 60* Putter: #7S Ball: K-sig (until I run out) RH golfer from Detroit, MI with a 14 handicap, working towards single digits
DPattGolf
I have the yellow 6.5 in my F8+ with a swing speed around 113-115. I probably could benefit from something more tip stiff but it certainly still performs well for me. Joyzee10
I have the yellow 6.0 fitted to my F8+. Swing speed 110 - 115. While i haven't gamed it yet, the difference it made in spin rate, launch angle and distance was amazing during the fitting. I was hitting stock shafts and was having no luck at all. Switched to the yellow and it was like swinging a hot knife through butter. Sooooo smooth! Top five regular shafts. Bottom five HZRDUS. The second last shot i laid off just to see how it performed on a "softer" swing. Spin rate is way lower than the shot before and carried just as far and even rolled out a little further. Man I can't wait to unleash this beast! Quote What's In The Bag? null
Joyzee - FYI the launch monitor you were on doesn't measure swing speed. It uses a fixed smash factor to calculate swing speed. When using those launch monitors you can should only worry about ball speed Joyzee10

As you can see, the dispersion was stellar. cksurfdude
Went for a driver shaft fitting recently - told the fitter my biggest priority was controlling dispersion. After testing 7 or so others he handed me a HZRDUS Yellow 75 - now I'm not a big guy .. about 5' 7", 157 lbs .. and have an unimpressive swing speed .. 90 at the start of the tests slipping to 86 almost an hour later. Even at the end of the tests I was generally making better contact with this shaft - and especially after he gave me a 44" one I asked to try. Dispersion came way in and distances were pretty consistent. I didn't catch the specifics of the launch parameters but he showed me a graphic that Trackman generates based on your swing speed - it shows a hypothetical trajectory if all the launch parameters are "correct" - the average of my good drives with the Yellow (he deleted an obviously duffed shot) was right in the middle of the "optimal window" ... so it seems to work for me. Do agree with a previous comment about feel - this shaft had the least feel of any that I'd tested. But again, for me, it had the best results.
