Thank you guys- and Rev, you're dead on there- going to service and having discussions with other folks has been a part of this, it helps keep me in perspective.

Something I forgot- my therapist referred me to a very nice lady who was trained in eastern medicine and uses essential oils and aromatherapy. She gave me a quick consultation and recommended a few specific blends to help ease the anxiety, and another one to help me get to sleep. I might have blown you off if you had said this to me five years ago, but I'll be jiggered- this stuff really works- highly recommended.
