... Let me say I appreciate marketing and think most of us are adult enough to read between the lines and interpret most marketing claims. For instance the F8 driver says "Our first fully machined driver face is CNC MILLED to create our thinnest, hottest and most precise face ever. Innovative technologies deliver our highest level of performance with precision milling". Is it better than previous faces? No doubt but how much better and will it effect your performance or scores? Maybe and maybe not but it sure got me interested enough to demo one. I think most of us fall into the category of "that sounds interesting and I am gonna have to hit one". I will never understand the complaining about marketing, and if you read the above again with a critical eye, Cobra promises you absolutely nothing with this new face. Here is what some would evidently rather see judging by their complaints about OEM marketing:

Hypeless Golf Company's new golf clubs are no better or worse than the clubs you are currently playing. Spin is more or less depending on your skill and ball striking ability. Trajectory is what it is, meaning too high for some and too low for others. If you hit Hypeless in the dead center it will perform as good as your swing path, face angle and swing speed allows. If you mishit a Hypelessclub toward the toe or heel it will be better than a MB, worse than a SGI and about the same as your current players or GI club. All Hypeless clubs are made form metal or maybe some other material that in the end is like all other metal or other material for performance. Hypeless understands the need for a quality shaft and we have done exhaustive research and testing to find the shaft that fits the widest range of golfers which mean it has a very good chance of not fitting our swing at all. Hypeless is not Hipless and understands many want sexy clubs (which we actually find quite humorous) and even though there is certainly no such thing as "sexy golf clubs" we have left no stone unturned to bring you colors for the heads, shafts and grips that get you off Porn.com and out on the course.

All of this comes at a price that is higher than some and lower than others and we feel that combining everything Hypeless offers, this is a deal you will probably pay very little attention to and most likely not buy our club We don't blame you. Please see our Demo Day schedule to get custom fit for clubs you may or may not like.

That's too funny. I think I'll pass on the Hypeless driver. I want a Hype Driver damnit. I mean; who doesn't want to split every fairway and blow it 30 yards past your buddies all day?

Sign me up baby!  ;)

... Amen Plaid. This is America and we want the best of the best. Of course most of us know there are no magic clubs, just clubs that fit our swings better. (POW! Hammer drivers may be the exception.) Every now and then a true breakthrough comes along like graphite shafts, slots in the soles of clubs, carbon fiber crowns and draw biased weighting without offset or closed faces. Like everything else in Capitalism OEM's have to get our attention in a crowded market place. I love a good car, grill, golf club or Medicare Suppliment Plan ad  but recognize exactly what everyone is trying to do. Sell us something that we need or just want, which is what capitalism is all about. I just don't understand those that complain about advertising being unrealistic and misleading as it would be amazingly boring if all ads were like Hypeless.

It is as true today as it was back in the Ancient Roman times...

"Caveat Emptor"

(Or, some of the modern updates include...

"There's no such thing as a free lunch."

or,

"If it sounds too good to be true, then ___.")

I like the hypeless add.🏿‍♀️ Not

I loved Madmen - long live Don Draper!

Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

Ping G410 - turned down to11.25 degrees, neutral setting - Fujikura Motore X R flex

Ping G410 5-9 wood

Wilson D7 forged 6-GW -  Mamiya recoil 460 R flex

SCOR 52,60

EVNRoll ER 5

Titleist Pro VIx optic yellow with revkev stamped on them

Currently testing Edison wedges to replace SCORS that are wearing out. Also auditions for the 14th spot in the bag.  Current possibilities are a Ping 26 degree hybrid - duplicates the 9 wood or 5 iron but would be used almost exclusively for chipping or Tour Exotics 3 wood simply because you can carry 14 clubs and I might occasionally hit it in certain unusual wind conditions once every four or five rounds.
