Well, NEVER apparently has arrived. I picked up the following Cobra last weekend at Golf Galaxy for $9.99, and it's going to kick the Ping Eye2 2-iron out of the bag. Played my first round with it today, and while it wasn't perfect, it's clear that I need to make the change. Now the 2-iron can join the rest of its numbers matching 3 - SW brethren in the Maine bag. It did feel a little like being without my security blanket today.

I think it may have been a mistake that it made it to the floor. The probably had a new guy out back who didn't realize it violated the No Lefty Clubs policy and didn't know to cut it on the chop saw and throw it in the dumpster.

The only problem I see with it is that it is bassackwards for me to hit  .  I know the difficulty of finding lefty stuff my running partner Bear his son is a lefty and a pretty decent player. He wants to be a club ho like me and Bear are but as you well know good used lefty equipment is hard to find. But then again sometimes you can really hit a deal on used lefty stuff. He got one heck of a set of Nike Vr blades cheap about a year ago

That's a deal! Those older Cobra woods are still pretty darn good, I had bagged a King Cobra LD OS driver for a few years. Loud as anything, but it drastically tamed my beginner's slice.
