drduffer
The Vice Tour is a great ball. Don't get me wrong. Just like the the OnCore Elixir a hair better. IMHO, you can't go wrong w/ either ball. The Vice Tour ball sounds awesome off the club face. However, I have found that, while both seek the middle of the fairway, the OnCore ball was slightly longer (by about 3- 5 yds/ 2.7- 4.6 meters)- basically, a draw, as far as distance is concerned. Feel- a hair better for the OnCore ball. Bottom line,... For the price, I like them both. Also, played the Titleist AVX balls while in Scotland, 2 months ago. NICE ball, for the price! tehuti
I haven't tried Vice yet, but I have been playing the OnCore Caliber lately and it is also a great ball. Definitely getting more distance than usual and my putting has been amazing, considering how much I struggle with it normally. Abelvis
I've been playing Pearl Golf balls last few weeks, even smaller company then Vice, and I love them! Yesterday I even shot my first eagle ever! I'm not saying I wouldn't have shot it with other brand balls, but it does increase my enthusiasm..:) I did a review, but would love to see an official one ! I do not believe the Vice, Snell, Pearl, Oncore and Cut differ a lot in quality and performance, I think it's all about what brand suits you best. To me it was the price aspect and the looks that pulled me to Pearl instead of Vice or Cut..
HardcoreLooper
Someone posted a link to a Today's Golfer review of Pearl balls, and I'm intrigued. I love what all of these brands are doing to the ball market. puttingpirate
I played a box of oncore elxir and it’s a really great ball, however I play quite a bit on a par3 9hole course and after a round with only wedges the cover was always ripped like someone would take a saw to it. Sluggo42
Playing the Vice Pro plus. It’s pretty nice, but not the best spin. But I’m playing like crap right now, so my opinion isn’t that good.
