You would think that after 118 years of putting on a tournament in the summer, someone would realize that it is going to be hot and windy and the greens will dry out and become unplayable.

Right?!? USGA Clown show, as usual. Narrow the fairways somewhat; grow the rough... deep. Leave the greens alone. Voila! #idiots
