I interpreted that to mean is should be a player not listed in the first 4 tiers supplied for selections. It seems that some have interpreted that to mean a player not chosen from the first 4 tiers. Invalid entries are tracked and eliminated from the competition. IMO, that statement is quite clear. It sounds like you are saying some entries did not understand and have picked a Tier 1 player as their 5th because they did not pick them? For example, I have Jason Day as my Tier 1 (for now, I'm a bit on the fence at the moment). I can't pick DJ as my 5th pick, just because I didn't list him. At least that's how I read the rules. I trust that you know my intent was not to cause trouble but to help avoid the potential. Your response now leaves no doubt regarding the fifth tier selection. It's still a good indication of how hard it can be to follow simple directions. "Ok, I can eliminate them from contention" Trust me we have discussed the verbiage many times over and put it out for others outside the staff to see if it was ambiguous in anyway. Sadly many people will try to twist words to fit there needs. But in this case they will be DQ'd before they ever tee off!! I think the instructions are crystal clear that the last choice is a guy not in the top 4 tiers. I'm still stunned that the guy I picked wasn't in a tier but I just double checked and he's not.
