Dude Where's My Par
Stumbled across this spanking new putter this morning. It's a limited edition J.Lindeberg / Vega collab. It retails at £200 and can be found at www.scottsdalegolf.co.uk and www.TrenyGolf.com. What are people's thoughts? It's nice, and you know it'll feel like butter thanks to Vega, but I wouldn't shell out that sort of money on it.
PoorGolfer
J. Lindenberg? Never heard of that brand. But I like the looks of the putter. Won't pay that much for it anyway. Matt Saternus
I have no personal experience with Vega, but the putter looks pretty good. To me, the idea of slapping another brand name on top just seems a little cheesy, and it's not something I'd pay for/put in the bag. If I wanted a Vega putter, I'd get one, but I wouldn't shell out extra for another logo to be on it. What's next: Louis Vuitton putters by Scotty Cameron? SPY VIP GolfSpy Dave Posted March 2, 2010 SPY VIP Share Posted March 2, 2010 Thats's nice. I like the Rife style face. Looking at the web address made me think it was in AZ. My poor education did not include the Scottsdale in the UK. With the other Scots place it makes sense though. jamo
I wonder who actually makes the putter? I assume Lindeberg doesn't.

Justin would be afraid of the claw, mask, and back flip in the cage fight in Spain. Oh sorry wrong Vega again. NGage
Very nice....but my name's not J. Lindeberg. I think I'd get tired of answering who is the guy I got the putter from? I'd rather have my name plastered all over it.

golfluvzme
From the looks of it, the putter was made by an Asian company that does a ton of milling for several of the players in the putter business. Not anything that was specifically milled by hand or such. Solid work, but the appearance of the finish sort of sets it back, for me. Just my 2-cents, LaMont in AZ
