After looking at them again.... why did they depart from the 900 Tour design?

Idk. But I like the new ones looks better. Well see if it holds when we get some real photos.

Couldn't find any new wedges on there. But they are offering a set S, and L for the hot metals and a S in the forged that I saw on USGA.

I like them better. I think they look more classic. I found the 900's a little bit tacky. The more blade looking the better.

True. I do see more of a blade profile on the backside. Might be my “unicorn” after all.... dang it

I am just noticing; do they remind you of the MP-18 MMC?

I thought the MP was supposed to be classic and the JPX more techy. I feel like the MP is going more tech and the JPX is going more classic. They are kind of blending.

Well.. JohnSmalls commented on my Instagram post about them...

He is 100% right. They look like an updated Nike Vapor Pro Combo set... I bet ol Brooksy has a little input?

The 919 Tours look to have a much larger badge than the 900s. Kind of MP15ish

Yeah. I am not really sold on the aesthetics, at least from these pictures. Side by side I'd probably pick the 900's.

Even my wife who hates golf said the 919 looks weird compared to the 900's.

I just bought the jpx900 and they are already at a reduced price so they probably won't reduce more but I got them fitted for 100 a club

My buddy is a Mizuno rep and I sent him the phots I found online. His comment was pictures don't do the clubs justice.

Not going to lie. That is hideous compared to the 900's.

Im not too sure about that chromed out plate. but I dont mind the look. I never liked the stamping of the 'JPX 900' text so Im just glad these don't have that, but to each his own. Pumped to see how good they look in promos though.

I like the looks of the Tour and Forged, a lot. Not sure how I feel about the visible "fins" behind the badge of the hot metals.

The forged and tour look great. The hot metals look kind of cheap to me. I think the fins would just get dirt caught in them over time. Personally I would take the 919 tour and forged over the 900 and the 900 hot metals over the 919.
